We use a variety of massage techniques here at Champion Health. Whether it be the relaxation of a swedish massage, the tension and trigger point release of neuromuscular therapy, or the rehabilitation of an ART soft tissue treatment.

Active Release Techniques®

ART® is a patented, state-of-the-art soft tissue system/movement-based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and nerves. Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART®. These conditions all have one important thing in common: they are often a result of overused muscles.

Chiropractic

We practice a variety of chiropractic methods here, at Champion. Our goal is to provide our patients with the techniques and modalities needed to resolve particular problems and achieve optimal health. Some of the adjusting techniques we use are: Diversified, Activator, Logan, Thompson, and Gonstead.

ArthroStim® is a mechanical adjusting devise that allows our doctors to provide very specific and gentle adjustments using the body's own somatomotor rhythm.
